Value out of Waste: Wood Waste, Agriculture Residue, usually known as Biomass, is a rejected and unusable residue produced in common day activities. Depending on the industry and origin, this term can cover both: municipal and industrial waste, construction, demolition or waste water process derived substances, combustible and fire-resistant, exposing a different range of properties and characteristics. For many years, the industry has been busy developing technologies for segregation, recycling and reuse of materials. Pyrotech Energy Mobile Pyrolysis Plant is a continuous process for performing flash pyrolysis of waste streams from wood and agriculture residue in high temperatures (up to 800 degrees C). The process is designed to operate with a variety of 2nd generation feedstock. Due to oxygen-free conditions, the treatment produces energy-rich Pyrolysis Oil (24 MJ/l) that is excellent replacement fossil fuel for local power generation. The high temperature operation also allows maximum reduction of the solid waste and converting into highly valuable bio-chemicals such as Bio-Char and Wood Vinegar.
